Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Systems Designer(s)
This position requires at least 2 years life safety design experience for our Chesapeake, Virginia location. Must be experienced in either sprinkler or fire alarm systems design/drafting (AutoCAD). Must have working knowledge and be able to reference NFPA as
it relates to building codes and standards ofinstallation. Knowledge of Siemens / Notifier (for alarms) and HydraCAD (for sprinkler) a plus. Aplicant Must have NICET Level II (minimum) or be willing to acquire within 1 yr. We will consider relocating the right candidate.
Fire Techs/Electrical Helpers
There are employment opportunities for fire techs and electrical helpers for the Charleston, South Carolina location.
Must have own transportation.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Coordination of field staff as it relates to project status
* Work with technical specifications and Gov. Contracts.
* Communication hub between field staff and office
* Receiving, tracking and processing travel expenses
* Real time Job costing and projections
* Billing coordination between trades
* Vendor Account reconciliation
* Job cost data input, reporting and tracking

Marine Supervisor/Project Manager - Chesapeake, VA
Hiller Systems is seeking experienced supervisor and project managers. Applicants must have strong organizational, job planning skills, with a good understanding of job tracking and budget control. A working knowledge of fire protection systems. Must be able to travel, full time permanent position. Work schedule 4 to 6 - 10 hour days. Marine Mechanical and Electrical Technicians and Supervisors
Ideal candidates will have marine / shipboard / ship repair experience and must be willing to travel throughout our great nation and overseas.
Marine Technicians install, repair, and inspect fire suppression and detection systems. Their experience will enable them to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance around the world. Common types of fire suppression systems are CO2, Halon, APC, AFFF, and FM200. The majority of this work is accomplished on vessels ranging in size from small tugs to the largest vessels on the seas today.
Prior Navy and Coast Guard service is a plus. Relocation opportunities are also available.
